Will delivery be discreet?

Yes, your privacy is important to us. Packages do not include any Intimate Store logos or branding; therefore delivery to any address (work or home) is an option.

What is Intimate Store’s delivery turnaround time?

We make an effort to deliver all orders within a 24 hours; however, this is only applicable for areas which are identified as major cities i.e. Harare, Bulawayo, Masvingo, Kwekwe, Gweru and Mutare.

Orders sent to outlying areas may be delivered within 2 to 3 working days (excluding the day of dispatch). Contact our Client services team on  +263780054760  or email to find out when exactly you will be able to receive your order.  We do not deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays.

What happens if I cannot be reached at time of delivery?

Our courier company will try to deliver the parcel the following day. However, if you are not available the courier will contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made.

Please ensure that you will be available at the given address as our courier cannot call clients before delivery.

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery is free to all orders delivered within Zimbabwe.

Will I have to sign for my order?

Yes, for security reasons we ask that you sign the waybill to acknowledge that you have received the parcel.

What happens if I have an item missing from my delivered package?

How do I track my order online?

  • Enter in your order reference number to track your order.
  • If the status of your order is stated as shipped, you will receive an email with a waybill number and a link to our DHL or Fedex courier’s website.
  • By accessing this link, you will be directed to DHL or Fedex Courier’s website, allowing you to enter your waybill number and see where your order is in the delivery process.

What is Intimate Store’s return policy?

  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of our intimate items, the majority of our goods are not exchangeable or refundable for both hygiene and security reasons.
  • Our consultants will gladly assist in order to avoid any mistakes or incorrect purchases.

How do I return a damaged or faulty product?

In the rare instance that a product is damaged or faulty on delivery, please fill out the form on the Contact Us page or phone us on  +263780054760  within 24 hours so that we can rectify the situation. Include your order number and a detailed description of the problem, and we will revert back to you as soon as possible, letting you know exactly how to proceed. Depending on our supplier’s inspection report and a product inspection, Intimate Store will gladly replace your damaged or faulty product with an exact substitute, provided it is still within warranty. Please note that the warranty period starts when Intimate Store purchases it from suppliers, and not the customers’ purchase date. In the event that we are unable to exchange your product due to insufficient stock levels, we will offer a similar substitute for the nearest or same value.

How do I return a product which has become defective over time?

  • In the event that your toy becomes defective over time, we include a one year warranty on most of our sex toys (please read the product’s specification sheet carefully) ensuring that you can return it for repair or replacement. For queries regarding defective products, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website and include a clear description of the technical issue, order number, and date of purchase. You will receive a return email notifying you on how to proceed.
  • Please note refunds and repairs are dependent on our supplier’s inspection report which needs to eliminate the possibility of deliberate misuse.

How long to process a return?

Depending on the reason for the return and the extent of the problem, we endeavour to process all queries and notify all customers of how to proceed within 24 hours.

How long to process a refund?

In the rare instance, and at Intimate Store’s discretion, that a refund is necessary, all money will be returned to the card used to make the purchase. This will refund reflect between 5 to 10 working days in your account.
