All Intimate Store deliveries are conducted by DHL Zimbabwe, who we have partnered with to ensure an efficient and discreet door-to-door delivery of your goods.
Monday – Friday (no deliveries will be made on Sunday and Public Holidays)
Orders paid and reflecting in our bank account before 13h30 on week days, will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 24 hours to major cities. Outlying areas will receive their goods within 2 to 3 working days. Orders paid and reflecting in our bank account after 13h30 will be dispatched the following day.
Any orders shipped on a Friday afternoon to major cities will be delivered on a Monday, and any outlying areas can expect their orders to arrive on the Tuesday or Wednesday.

Delivery and your discretion
Intimate Store ensures both your privacy and discretion are protected at all times, whether you choose to deliver to your home or any given address. All packaging, waybills and delivery notes will not highlight the contents of your package, as every discretion will be taken into account.
Intimate Store cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries which may occur due to accidents, flat tyres, incorrect delivery addresses, flight delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances. You will be contacted and notified should a delay be expected.
Should you wish for another person to sign for your parcel, please ensure that this person’s name and surname is included in the special instruction field on your order form.
Please note our courier company will NOT release the order should either yourself or the intended person NOT be available for collection. This is to protect both yourself and Intimate Store in the event of non-delivery and to ensure that the intended person receives your goods. In the event that you or the intended person is unavailable, the courier company will retain your parcel and notify Intimate Store in order to contact you and make further arrangements.
Customer satisfaction is important to us and competitive delivery fees will be incurred for all deliveries inside and outside of Zimbabwe.
How to track your order
- Click on the ‘Order Tracking’ option at the bottom of our Home Page.
- Enter in your order reference number to track your order.
- If the status of your order is stated as shipped, you will receive an email with a waybill number and a link to our DHL courier’s website.
- By accessing this link, you will be directed to DHL Courier’s website, allowing you to enter your waybill number and see where your order is in the delivery process.
We sincerely hope that you never find yourself in a position of having to cancel your Intimate Store order; however, should you need to cancel an order, Intimate Store will do so by considering the following conditions:
- The timing of the cancellation.
- Was the order dispatched before it was cancelled? If so, you will be subject to a deduction fee from your order amount.
- All cancellations need to be made as soon as possible.
